研究领域

课题组主要研究人类幸福的认知与神经机制,旨在提升个体的幸福与心理健康,目前包括以下两个方向:
(1)人格(如性格优势)与环境因素(如社会、经济因素等)影响幸福感以及健康行为的心理与神经机制。

(2)积极干预的基础研究与应用实践。


目前具体的研究问题包括:
    • 个体积极优势的心理与神经机制

    • 幸福个体差异的心理与神经机制

    • 人格与环境因素如何影响个体的幸福及健康行为

    • 积极心理干预对幸福感的促进作用及其大脑可塑性
