高级实验师
牛鹏飞,男,食品化学博士,高级实验师,大型仪器管理员。2008年陕西师范大学食品科学专业硕士毕业后留校任教至今。管理的仪器主要有超临界萃取装置、凯氏定氮、高效液相色谱、液相色谱-质谱联用仪、气相色谱-质谱联用仪等。在仪器管理及使用方面取得多项专利技术,尤其是在超临界萃取制油领域,研发的压-萃复合超临界制油技术可大幅提高油脂生产品质与速率,授权国家发明专利13项,国际PCT(美国发明专利)1项,实用新型专利3...
