牛鹏飞,男,陕西户县人,食品化学专业博士,正高级实验师。2008年陕西师范大学食品科学专业硕士毕业后留校任教至今。在仪器管理及使用方面取得多项中外专利技术,尤其是在超临界萃取制油领域,研发的压-萃复合超临界制油技术可大幅提高油脂生产品质与速率,授权国家发明专利13项,国际PCT(美国发明专利)1项,实用新型专利3项,主持的《绿色、智能、泛在的超临界快速制油技术集成与应用》项目获得陕西省科技工作者创新创业大...
