戴均副教授
戴均,陕西师范大学国家安全学院(政法与公共管理学院)副教授,硕士生导师,中国人力资源研究会测评专业委员会理事,美国麻州大学波士顿分校访问学者。主持省部级课题6项,政府委托项目4项。公开发表论文20余篇,研究报告被省、市级相关部门采纳5项。研究方向为公务员制度、城市治理、公共危机管理。
