赵晶晶，1983年8月生，辽宁铁岭人，满族，九三学社。2004年获得北京师范大学理学学士学位（主修电子信息科学与技术、辅修心理学）；2007年获北京师范大学理学硕士学位（基础心理学专业）；2012年获美国康涅狄格大学（University of Connecticut）哲学博士学位（心理学专业）。并先后在法国科学院和巴黎高等师范学校（CNRS, Ecole Normale Superieure Paris, 2012-2014）及爱尔兰国立大学（National University of Ireland, 2014-2015）从事两站博士后研究工作。
